Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy:

Domestic Shipping

- Online orders are dispatched within three working days of receipt of payment.

- An automated email will be sent to you with a tracking number to follow your parcel's journey. Items will arrive in 2-3 working days of receiving your tracking information.

- All orders are shipped with insurance and are tracked.

- Items will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you are not at home during delivery hours, we recommend having your item sent to your work address. If the parcel is not signed for, it will need to be collected from the nearest holding facility.

 

RETURNS

We offer Returns & Exchanges, within 14 days, on unworn 'ready-made' goods purchased in-store or online. We do not accept returns on made-to-order or bespoke items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition and original packaging you received it in. We cannot receive returned rings that have been resized or jewelry that has otherwise altered from original.

LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS 

If a package does not arrive, or it arrives damaged, please contact us within seven  days from confirmation of dispatch. We will do everything we can to assist you if you wish to make an insurance claim. We are not liable for and will not replace or pay compensation for loss of, or damage to, items we send if:

  • the item is seized by any other government agency.
  • the loss or damage is the result of an event beyond our reasonable control.
  • the loss or damage occurs after delivery.
  • the item was authorized to be sent without tracking.
